diagnosis and multidisciplinary treatment are important in childhood. However, the surgical treatment of tethered cord syndrome in symptomatic adulthood is controversial. In this article, with an adult case who has congenital tethered cord syndrome, the effects of surgical treatment and rehabilitation on neurological improvement were discussed in adulthood.
