Heterotopic ossification (HO) is a rare complication (0.5 to 1.2%) after stroke. Although there are few reports on ulnar neuropathy (UN) due
to HO at the elbow after traumatic brain injury, thermal burn or upper limb trauma, there has been no case reported after stroke. Herein,
we present a 32-year-old male patient with UN due to HO after stroke.
