Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) is a pain disorder accompanied by autonomic dysfunction and trophic changes. Although CRPS is a common condition, it can be unrecognized if it occurs during pregnancy. The pathogenetic mechanism of the disease is still unclear. The hip is the most common site of involvement in pregnancy. In this report, we present a 34-year-old female who suffered from pain and swelling in her foot and ankle at the third trimester of pregnancy. We examined the patient at the postpartum period  and established the diagnosis of CRPS.
