Behçet’s disease a sistemic vasculitis which has been first reported by a Turkish dermatologist Hulusi Behçet in 1937. The disease is characterised by multiple recurrent ulserations in oral and genital area acompanied by uveitis which has also been known tree symptoms of Behçet’s disease. In this chapter clinical findings of Behçet’s disease especially its locomotor system manifestations have been discussed.
