Bilateral Baker Cyst in Behçet’s Disease A 53 year old male patient who had a diagnosis of Behçet’s disease for 20 years was admitted to our clinic with the complaint of pain and swelling in his right knee and cruris. An initial diagnosis of deep vein trombosis was made, however, further laboratory investigation including ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a ruptured Baker’s cyst. He was sent for arthroscopic evaluation and treatment. One year later the patient presented with the same symptoms in the left cruris and the same diagnosis of Baker cyst was made.
