AIMS AND SCOPE

The Turkish Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is the regular publishing organ of the Turkish Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. This periodical journal covers subjects on physical medicine, rheumatology and rehabilitation. The journal is an independent, peer-reviewed international periodical, published quarterly (March, June, September and December) in Turkish and English languages. In addition, two supplement issues are released in April and October. 
The aim of the Turkish Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is to publish original research papers of highest scientific and clinical value on physical medicine and rehabilitation. Additionally, reviews on basic innovations in education, short notes, case reports, original visual materials, letters from specialists in physical medicine, rheumatology and rehabilitation covering their experience and comments, as well as papers on the social aspects of physical medicine and rehabilitation, are released.
In order to enable the General Practitioners interested in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Rheumatologists, Internal Medicine specialists and Psychiatrists to access easily the information necessary for them, the Turkish Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation will be organized accordingly.

The Turkish Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is indexed in Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-E), Excerpta Medica/EMBASE, SCOPUS, SPORTDiscus with Full Text (EBSCOhost), Gale/Cengage Learning, CINAHL, Index Copernicus, DOAJ,  ULAKBIM National Indexing System, Turkish Medline-National Citation Index,TUBITAK/ULAKBIM and Turkiye Citation Index databases.

Subscription Information

The Turkish Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is sent free of charge to psychiatrists and academicians in our country, as well as to other specialists interested in physical medicine, rheumatology and rehabilitation. All published volumes in full text can be reached free of charge through the web site www.ftrdergisi.com. Requests for subscription should be addressed to the Turkish Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
