Sarkoidoz'da Lokomotor Sistem Bulguları

Musculoskeletal System Findings in Sarcoidosis - 379 patients diagnosed to have sarcoidosis retrospectively evaluated between 1980-1995, in terms of clinical and radiological features. 257 women and 122 men with a mean age of 40.81+12.71. In each patient the diagnosis was confirmed by biopsy 8transbronchial 37.46 % lymph-node 12.66 %, skin 12.02 %. At diagnosis 16.88 % of patients pulmonary 1.31 %, other organ 3.95 %). Kveim test positivity was 21.10 %. At diagnosis 16.88 % of patients had a normal chest x-ray, 35.3 % presented with bilateral hilar adenopathy, 32.4 % were at stage II and 15.3 % at stage III. mode of onset and frequency of involvement of various organs and appearance of certain manifestations were evaluated. In patients at stage I disease, 11.94 % had skin lesions, 23 % had eritema nodosum, 2.9 % had jungling. In patients presented with stage II disease 12.9 % had skin lesions, 19.52 % had eritema nodosum and in patients at stage III diesaes, 15.1 % had skin lesions, 5.17 % had eritema nodosum 1.8 % had jungling. In patients presented with only skin lesions and no lung involvement, 7.69 % had eritema nodosum and 23.07 % had jungling. In conclusion, eritema nodosum, arthralgia were most commonly observed manifestation at stage l disease, but jungling was mainly observed in patients with only skin lesions but no lung involvement
